A Funny Thing Happened At The Movies

...I can no longer fit in the seat! Not sure why this is hitting me so hard cause I didn't just get the "I'm Fat" memo. I been having trouble fitting all sorts of things (under clothing, pants, tops) but the seat thing took me by surprise. You would think with the embarrassment of all that I would have started working on my food issues, but all it's doing is making me eat more.

Which brings me to HOW THE HECK AM I GOING TO WORK THIS BAND? How am I going to STOP EATING? What is going to get me OFF THE COUCH? I actually waddled into the gym and got into a little rift about canceling my membership...WHO DOES THAT?

I know this in not a very redeeming post from my loser friendship post but I had to vent. Who better to vent to than my blog...moving on to my goal. I would like the towel to fit all the way around my body. This would be a serious victory for my family, as they will no longer have to see my goodies through my beloved purple (ripped down the side) peek-a-boo robe.

  1. I have to ease my butt into quite a few seats too, so you are in good company. Don't put the cart ahead of the horse. Take one step at a time or you'll get overwhelmed with all the is coming. It's good to be prepared, but don't freak yourself out.

  2. I can totally relate. The last time I flew, I seriously thought I was going to have to ask for a belt extension. I was mortified. There have been many, many chairs that I can barely fit into. Now that I've lost 50 lbs., it is getting better.

The thing about the band is that it does a lot of the hard work for you. It is isn't magic, but pretty close.

Just remember, if you could do this on your own, you wouldn't need the band!

  3. I love this post. It's amazing how something can justr trigger a complete backdown. Right now, I'm asking my self the same questions. How can I be successful with the band if I cannot control my addiction to food?
